The Lumen Building is a 3-over-1 mixed-use building with Class-A office space over ground-floor commercial space focusing on community-centered services such as business training and development, short and long-term affordable medical and dental healthcare, affordable alternative healthcare, affordable daycare and preschool, employment placement agency, and workforce training services.

The Rockwood Market Hall is an open-air market that features micro-retail spaces, micro-restaurants, micro-groceries, full-size restaurants, a rentable commissary kitchen, rentable cold and dry storage, and 2 floors of prime office space overlooking the public plaza.
A 20,000 sq ft remodel and renovation of a single-story building adjacent to the property on 187th Avenue for Oregon Tradeswomen, an organization that offers innovative trades-based training programs, trades awareness activities, and job placement assistance to women. OTI also offers technical assistance to organizations seeking to be inclusive of women in trade occupations. OTI headquarters at Downtown Rockwood features classrooms, a full workshop training floor, and administrative offices.
AVIVA is a 4-over-1 mixed-use building with 108 multifamily units over 22,000 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space. AVIVA is slated to break ground in Spring 2022.
