Forrit Credit Union Expands Reach in Gresham, Oregon with New Office Lease
Forrit Credit Union will relocate their existing Portland office to Gresham, Oregon in a brand-new office space in the AVIVA building at Downtown Rockwood near the intersection of Burnside Boulevard and Stark Street. Featuring a mixed-use office building, residential apartments and a vibrant market hall with incubator businesses, Downtown Rockwood is a new community development located in the heart of Gresham. This move underscores Forrit Credit Union’s commitment to providing convenient and innovative financial services to the local community.
The prime and newly built 2,235 square foot office will serve as a center for Forrit Credit Union’s personalized banking solutions. Rated as 2024’s Best Credit Union in Oregon, Forrit Credit Union provides modern amenities and innovative technologies to ensure a seamless banking experience for its loyal members.
AVIVA, developed by RKm Development in partnership with the Gresham Redevelopment Commission, features 108 apartment units and over 22,000 square feet of commercial space. Forrit Credit Union is the first signed commercial lease at AVIVA, though additional lease conversations are in progress with businesses interested in the well-located community just steps from the Rockwood/East 188th MAX Blue Line stop.
