Rockwood is Oregon’s youngest, most diverse, and fastest-growing neighborhood, with a median age of 27 and over 60 languages spoken. In addition, nearly 7.9 million MAX riders travel through Rockwood/E 188th Ave Station per year, which is directly adjacent to Downtown Rockwood.

We worked closely with the community from concept through design, and we are committed to finding tenants who will uplift, employ, and provide sustainable resources to the neighborhood.
