Tenant Introduction: Business Center at Downtown Rockwood

In June 2019 construction commenced on the first of three ground-up buildings at Downtown Rockwood. With a unique focus on workforce development and community resourcing, the tenants of this four story Class-A office building are diverse and all uniquely committed to being a part of the Rockwood community.

Mount Hood Community College’s Small Business Development Center will offer business support and specialized curriculum to business students.

WorkSource Oregon joins them as an industry leader providing solutions to workforce challenges through high-quality services resulting in job creation, retention, and advancement.

Little Wings Academy, full daycare and preschool, and LaVilla Grill will also occupy the Business Center building.

Rounding out the group is Wallace, a federally qualified non-profit community health center. Wallace will be offering critical medical, dental, and behavioral health services out of 20,600 square feet to visitors and locals of the Rockwood community.
