AVIVA Apartments: Construction Update November 2023 AVIVA continues to progress – November wrapped up the waterproofing work on the exterior (brown coloring) and the exterior flashing and stucco will begin as soon as scaffolding on the east and south sides are set up. Window installation is ongoing and sheetrock on the top floor began.
AVIVA Apartments: Construction Update October 2023 Another exciting update for AVIVA, with waterproofing nearing completion on the exterior of the building. The drywall phase has already kicked off on the interior. Next step, will be stucco work next week!
On September 25th, we hosted an info session with our community to spotlight the commercial opportunities on the ground level of the AVIVA building in Downtown Rockwood. This event provided a platform for potential tenants and the community to explore the commercial opportunities awaiting them at the soon-to-open property.
